    1. More fresh material.

      I'd like to see more fresh material at the MSFT events. Not recycled presentations from bigger events held elsewhere. 2008 MDC was a pretty big disappointment for me in this respect.

      • Live presentations by "famous" MSFT developers.

        Having a Hejlsberg, Hanselman, Guthrie, Haack, Conery, or any well-known Microsoft developer/architect/PM deliver a keynote here in Chicago would probably improve the morale and rally the Chicago MSFT developers.
